What's a gymbro?
A “gymbro” is a slang term that usually describes someone (often male) who spends a lot of time at the gym, is really into lifting weights, and identifies strongly with fitness culture.
While sometimes used derogatively, we wish to change the perception of this term to be more positive and more focused on fitness culture, not limited to just the gym.
